Accepted insurances include:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross
- Cigna
- United/Optum
If I do not accept your insurance, I am happy to provide a super-bill for you to submit for reimbursement.
Appointments must be cancelled 1 business day (24 hours) in advance or a $100 no-show fee is automatically charged.
